Google Chrome

Läste precis det här:

"En uppmärksam användare av Googles nya webbläsare Chrome tog sig tid att läsa igenom användaravtalet och hittade en paragraf som verkar ge Google rätt att använda allt material som du laddar upp till internet via Chrome utan att ge dig eller annan copyright-ägare någon som helst ersättning.

Så här ser paragrafen ut:

11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights that you already hold in Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.

Jag antar att det har något att göra med att Google ska ha rätt att indexera materialet du laddar upp men visst känns det lite olustigt... "

Kanske är bra att jag inte har Google Chrome. Speciellt att jag inte har det på jobbet. :)
